Our technicians are constantly developing new tools to make your life easier. Those tools, or packages, are available for all of our customers that have subscribed to the technical support service.

Below, you will find the list of all available packages along with a complete description of what they do.

RO guide spacer boring UCS	A UCS that creates operations for your roll out spacers on the cabinet gables. You can customize the UCS to get your desired quantity of holes, their locations and also their diameter and depth.	4.0
Set back roll out from face	A UCS that controls the depth position of a roll out in a cabinet.	1.2
Equal drawer front bottom lip	A UCS that makes the distance from the bottom of the drawer fronts to the bottom of the drawer boxes to always be equal.	1.2
Control of Adjustable shelf hole quantity per shelf (allows centering linebore in thk)		1.1
Edge Banding preferences		1.0
Adjustable shelf holes for corners cabinets and for wide cabinets	A UCS that adds additional adjustable shelves holes on corner cabinets and wide cabinets.	1.0

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ROLE

The role of Technical Support is to help our customer’s with re-installation issues, software configuration and the troubleshooting of their Planit Canada software by a trained Planit Canada Customer Service Support Technician.

This can be done by telephone, email, fax, or eSupport.
